CP 552s interesting power |
Description: |
A trio of mixed CP power made this a pleasant surprise. The old rusty 4653 has several markings, including a HLCX stencil, Boston and Maine, and the big Guilford G all showing thru the paint! This will be the first of 2 CP rust buckets I will see today! |

Anyone have some Naval Jelly??? |
Description: |
Came upon this lovely couple switching at the south end of the Conklin Yard. A can of Rust-oleum might be helpful here. |

Too much rust for one train!! |
Description: |
It isnt too often you see these 2 classics hooked together. But, I must say, they sounded great. I guess thats why they keep them around! |

D11 pulls into Taylor Yard |
Description: |
...along with 2 freshly repainted CP units. 4653 was known to locals as the rolling rust heap, and the 7306 is a former StL&H unit. |

VERY new paint job |
Description: |
Now, in CP red, this unit looks MUCH better than it did a week ago! It does have an unconventional CP lettering scheme. Notice the unusual font on the back end, and the lack of lettering on the hood. The CP is under the conductors window and the number below. This unit was just repainted last week in the Binghamton shops. |
